House Rules/Policies/Information
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations must be made 96 hours prior to your check in. If so, you will receive a full refund on your stay. If your cancellation is made within 96 hours of your booking, you will be charged for the first night of your stay and the rest will be refunded to you.
CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. Please text (682) 386-2717 for the code to get in cabin
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address
these immediately
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please log out of all personal streaming service accounts. Do not log out of YouTube TV account
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash and leave in kitchen
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile in bathroom floor
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
-Set thermostat back to 70*
- Close and lock all windows and doors
-Don't forget to check cabin for your personal items!!
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return
it to the condition in which you found it
HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
-Bathing suits only in hot tub (no street clothing)
-No additives to hot tub (no bubbles)
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
-No additional/unexpected overnight guests (there is a charge for additional guests)
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to the Guest Contact a

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:

- Password: enter your name and email, then you will have wi-fi access
- Hochatown is very remote and while we make every effort to ensure there is service, we cannot
guarantee 100%
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- Please log out of all personal streaming service accounts. Do not log out of YouTube TV account
- Please give a couple hours before using hot tub after checking in. The cleaning crew cleans and fills
with new cold water prior to every check-in and it takes a bit for hot tub to heat up. Always close the cover when not using it for the same reason

SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION:
- Your safety and security matters. This property features exterior security cameras, located at each entrance, all facing outward. They DO NOT look into interior spaces or hot tub area, There are NOT cameras inside the home. The cameras are there for the protection and security of the cabin and the guests as well. The cameras are recorded 24/7.
PARKING:
- 3 vehicles can be parked in the driveway
- RV/Trailer parking is prohibited
